Conditions of Booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of registration, and at quoted tariffs.

Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances can be made for meals not taken.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest’s property, unless handed in for safe custody & signed for by the
proprietors or an authorised signatory.

Accounts must be paid for in full on arrival. Cards and cash accepted. Cheques only accepted if presented 7 working days before
arrival.


In the event of a curtailment, and should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose signature appears on this
registration form will be liable to pay the total cost of this reservation, less an allowance for food.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of
curtailment of the contract.

If payment or Bond has been made using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due to the
curtailment or damage will also be made on the same account by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such
transaction.

Only guests registered at reception are permitted in the hotel at any time.
The proprietor reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate ant contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to
that contract cause any detriment to the hotel, or the well being or comfort of other guests or management.

By booking this holiday you have entered a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as
detailed above. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance for your protection.

In the event of a no show the cardholder will allow the proprietor to charge your debit/ credit card up to the cost of a 1 nights stay
in addition to the deposit already paid.

Check in is from 2pm on day of arrival. Important to advise if arrival may be after 10pm.
